The coke blocking car for coke ovens is a supporting equipment for large coke ovens,usually running on the rails on the coke side of the coke oven.It is mainly used to open and close the coke oven door,guide the hot coke pushed out from the coke oven chamber by the pushing car to the quenching car,and is responsible for transporting the furnace door and door frame that need to be repaired.This equipment can be designed according to user requirements and the actual size of the coke oven.

operational principle

After determining the maturity of the coke in the coke oven chamber,it should be pushed out and transported to the quenching chamber through a quenching car for quenching.Before pushing the coke,the furnace door should be picked up by the coke trolley,and then the coke trolley should be moved to align the coke guide grid of the coke trolley with the carbon chamber that opens the furnace cover.The coke guide grid should be pushed out to make it catch the door on the coke side of the chamber.Then,the coke trolley should send a manual push signal,and after confirming that the coke quenching trolley is in place,wait for the coke pusher to push the coke.The function of the coke grate is to guide the coke of around 1000 degrees Celsius pushed out from the carbon chamber to the quenching car on the coke side when the pushing car pushes the coke.
