Technical Operating Procedures for Coke Oven Barrier Car:

1.Be familiar with the hazards of this position,promptly identify and identify potential hazards in production,and keep relevant records.

2 The direct section chief shall follow the work instructions and orders of the section chief and complete the assigned work tasks.

3.Carefully implement the technical operation procedures for this position.

According to the coke pushing plan of this shift,remove and adjust the furnace door,replace the furnace door,clean the furnace door and frame,and eliminate the phenomenon of smoke and fire from the furnace door.

After removing the door according to the coke pushing plan of this shift,align the coke guide groove with the furnace number,turn on the signal light,and use a walkie talkie to notify the coke quenching truck driver and the coke pushing truck driver to smoothly guide the coke into the coke quenching truck.

Familiar with the equipment performance,structure,and operating principle of the coke blocking car,and master the 5-2 coke pushing sequence.

7.Maintain and maintain various coke oven equipment of the coke blocking truck.

8.Keep the coke blocking car body clean.

9.Assist in the work of iron parts,hot repairs,and furnace door groups.

Carefully carry out the handover work.

11.Cooperate with maintenance to check if the shaft pin screws are loose.
