When replacing the coke oven brace,first remove the cover brick and loosen the filler in the brace groove.

After pulling out the brace,blow air to clean the brace groove and grout the brick joints.

After installing the brace,fill it with heat cutting powder and lay a cover brick.

Use compressed air to blow clean the coal powder inside the surface brick joints.

Using intermittent grouting method to achieve full mortar.

Open the fire hole to check to prevent mud from leaking into the fire channel.
