The fiberglass(FRP)slurry spray pipe used in flue gas desulfurization engineering is usually manufactured in sections and parts for ease of transportation during the manufacturing process.During on-site installation,experienced fiberglass installers use winding and bonding technology to connect the various parts.At present,the connection between the slurry nozzle and the fiberglass(FRP)spray pipe is basically changed from the previous flange connection to the connection using winding bonding technology.The wrapping and bonding process of the spray layer spray pipeline of the desulfurization tower spray device has the advantages of connection,non leakage,simple process,convenient construction,and low cost.

1、The spray layer of the desulfurization tower spray device is divided into three parts:the outer and inner winding layer structure of the spray pipeline

1.Damaged layer:This part belongs to the outer structure of the winding layer and is composed of glass fiber surface felt,resin,and silicon carbide,mainly used to prevent damage.This layer of glass fiber surface felt:resin:silicon carbide:1:57:38(mass ratio),with a thickness of approximately 5mm.

2.Layer:This part is composed of a resin rich layer and an intermediate layer,composed of glass fiber surface felt and resin,forming energy and located below the damaged layer.The resin rich layer has a resin content greater than 90%and a thickness of approximately 5mm;The middle layer has a resin content of 70%to 80%and a thickness of approximately 3-4mm.

3.Reinforcement layer:This part is directly wrapped around the outer wall of the pipeline and is mainly designed to withstand pressure and other loads.Its thickness is calculated and determined according to equation(1)according to the load conditions.This layer has a resin content of 30-40%and is composed of glass fiber,chopped fiber felt,and resin.Mainly responsible for the design requirements of stiffness and strength.

2、Inspection of the winding layer of the spray pipeline in the spray layer of the desulfurization tower spray device

After the winding and bonding construction is completed,the winding layer should be inspected in accordance with the requirements of HG/T20696-1999"Design Regulations for Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Chemical Equipment".It is qualified if there are no layering,tightness,fine lines,cracks,fiber exposure,dry spots,inclusions,bubbles,small holes,resin tumors,and other defects.
